Where can I find a suspended rotating Disco Ball?
By
I’ve seen disco balls on sale at different web site but there’s no motor to rotate them. Is there something I could rig up to turn the ball from the ceiling?

You can definitely build one yourself. A few years ago for Xmas by Uncle built me a disco ball that rotates. He cut a styrofoam ball in half and made room to insert the motor with the cord coming out of the top. He closed up the styrofoam ball around the motor and then glued on the mirror tiles (which he also cut himself but I am sure you could buy these at a craft store). I have a hook at the top where the cord comes out so it cam be hung from the ceiling. Near the end of the cord which is plugged into the wall there is switch to turn the motor on and off. It was one of my best Xmas gifts ever!

I think it would be cheaper/easier to pick something up from Spencer’s Gifts at a mall…my daughter bought a disco rotating ball there.
