I don’t know that I’ve ever seen a wig (mullet style or otherwise) for an infant. Worse case scenario, you could buy a regular child’s wig with long hair, and cut it to look like a mullet. You might have to do some creative shrinking (bobby pins, e.g.) to make it fit his skull, but I think it can be done. I’ve seen all kinds of wigs (normal ones…not just clown wigs) at those Halloween supply stores that pop up in shopping centers around this time.
