It looks nice, but it’s too loud! Why can’t Cuisinart make a blender as quiet as its food processor?

So do I. I liked the old one, along with Blendtec, but the old one was on its last leg, and the Blendtec is too expensive. So, I like this one a lot.

The old blender gave out after 15 years of use, which was a pretty long time.
