Hopefully those 3.0 Ah batteries will last longer than the 1.5 Ah batteries do.
This has become an epidemic.

Nice video. This is a nice drill, at Toolstop we sell loads of them and our customer feedback is that they are very happy with the drill. The bhp452 is the combi drill version of this drill driver

Black and decker is a piece of shit.

c’mon, cheap china drills can do the stuff hes showin… if u wanna do a useful review drill through 2mm steel so that we can see what that drill is really made of. anyway im searchin through those drill reviews cuz i was wondering which among these brands is best, black & decker, dewalt or makita, for all i know, i usually find black & decker cheaper, we’ve had one for over 10 years now and still running fine

i believe it has 16 torque settings not 17.
Good video though

It is in fact the BDF452. The white one is the BDF452HW. The 451 is the bigger one with 560 in/lbs of torque and 3 speeds. This one is a new drill. Identical specs to the HW except for it’s teal and comes with the 3.0 Ah batteries and a belt clip.

You sound like the guy from leathermanstore

Never drive any screw in with the higher gear selection, more stress on the motor and it will burn out quicker! Use low gear for maximum torque!
November 18th, 2009 at 1:39 am
I believe this drill is a 451 not a 452.
The 452 is the white one.
