is there a vegan equivelant to drinks such as slimfast or ensure?

my friend is vegan and im vegetarian. ive been drinking slimfast which is vegetarian but not vegan… she wants to consume a diet drink… so whats out there?

Why would a vegan need a diet drink? If she has a juicer she can make many tasty low cal drinks.

I choke down the odd protein shake, so she can look for all sorts of soy stuff. I like the flavors and taste of this one, I think it’s called soytein. It’s vegan.

I know of NO pre-made can drink..but there are plenty of mix your own ones. She can then totally control all aspects of her intake, sugar, calories, fat, etc.

Bolthouse Vanilla Chai Tea with Soy Protein is good. It has 20 grams of protein in 1 bottle (15.2 oz). Naked Juice is also good. I like the Green Machine kind.

Vega is a powder you mix with water. It’s the best one out there.
